Job Description
Most early careers jobs ask you to choose between doing something meaningful and accelerating your career. This isn't one of them.
We're recruiting on behalf of one of London's fastest-growing mission-driven organisations.
Over the last few years they've grown rapidly, built an exceptional team and have ambitious plans for the future. They're now looking for bright, ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to take on real responsibility from day one.
This isn't the sort of place where you'll spend two years watching from the sidelines. If you're good, you'll be trusted quickly.
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing social impact organisations, using the power of sport to improve the lives of thousands of young people every week.
Having grown rapidly over the last few years, they're now entering another exciting phase of expansion. Working with schools, communities, charities and corporate partners, their mission is simple: make high-quality opportunities accessible to every young person, regardless of background.
They're ambitious, entrepreneurial and incredibly values-led.
Role OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and opening doors.
You'll take ownership of growing partnerships with schools, introducing them to programmes that genuinely improve young people's lives. Rather than selling a commercial product, you'll be helping schools access something with real educational and social value.
You'll manage the entire sales journey - from identifying target schools and making first contact through to presenting proposals, running taster sessions and securing new partnerships.

- Contact Headteachers, PE Leads and School Business Managers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and meetings.

- Build long-term relationships across the education sector.
- Attend networking events and education conferences.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
- Analyse results and continually improve the sales process.
- Work closely with marketing and programme teams to refine messaging.
What you're good at - Building relationships quickly and naturally.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded and target-driven.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.
- Curious, proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about creating positive social impact.
Bonus points for - Experience in education, partnerships or business development.
- Previous fundraising or account management experience.
- Understanding of schools or the education sector.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Interest in grassroots football or youth sport.
- Charity or social enterprise experience.
