    Job Description

    This small but mighty user experience design consultancy have built trusted partnerships with the smartest startups and the world's largest organisations. They partner with clients end-to-end, from strategy and definition to execution and development, across a wide range of different sectors and design challenges - with clients ranging from McDonald's to Deloitte and HSBC!

    They are looking for a designer who is a smart, empathetic, methodical problem solver with a good eye for design detail. They must be willing to get stuck in and learn, working a fast-paced studio with some of London's best design talent.

    You will be learning from everyone in the team and will be exposed to every part of the design process whilst supporting the more experienced designers.
      
    ✔️ Responsibilities:
    • Assist in sketching, prototyping, testing, and iterating on user journeys alongside the teamHelp apply and maintain design systems across projects, with support from senior designers
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is maintained through to implementation
    • Support workshops by helping prepare materials and capturing insights during sessions
    • Be open to feedback and regularly share your work for input and guidance
    • Help track design tasks and contribute to maintaining momentum within your project team
    • Learn to explain your design decisions clearly in presentations and design reviews
    • Support documentation of user flows, edge cases, and decisions to aid development handover
    • Contribute to the visual design of layouts, colour, typography, iconography and brand elements
    • Help organise information and map simple user journeys to support intuitive experiences
    • Assist in mapping services and processes to understand how digital products fit into the bigger picture
    • Participate in agile sprints and multidisciplinary team ceremonies to stay aligned and informed
